Country Kids 4H Club Secretary Notes

Date:  9/15/2019               Place:  Schill's

The meeting was called to order by Landon Schill

Our American and 4H Pledges were led by Lane Bennett

The thought for the day was your favorite community service project announced by Landon Schill

We sang a song named no song, led by Teen leaders

Roll call was read and we had 9 members present, 0 tag-alongs present, 5 parents present, and 0 visitors present.

Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved by Avery Schill & seconded by Katie Bennett.  Corrections include none.

Our treasurer reports $$821.03 in our account.

Committee Reports:

Community service: Carlie made a motion to spend 90 dollars on candy for the fall festival parade and McKenna seconded the motion.  The motion carried.  Carlie made a motion to add a paper airplane game to our games that we have now for the 4-H Carnival and McKenna seconded it, the motion carried.  McKenna made a motion to spend 20 dollars for carnival prizes and bring things from home. Carlie seconded the motion. The motion carried.

4-H Project reports or awards presented:

Avery did a demonstration on how to make salsa

Business:

The carnival is October 5^th.  The 4-H banquet is November 9^th.  Get tickets by Oct. 9^th.  Kayle will be Chris Clover.

We played a game called guess game led by Teen Leaders.
