Country Kids 4H Club Secretary Notes

Date:  4/28/2019               Place:  Clearwater sign

The meeting was called to order by Landon Schill

Our American and 4H Pledges were led by Lane Bennett

The thought for the day was your favorite state announced by Landon Schill

We sang a song named Happy Birthday, led by Teen leaders

Roll call was read and we had 14 members present, 1 tag-alongs present, 7 parents present, and 0 visitors present.

Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved by Katie Bennett & seconded by Ashlynn Bock.  Corrections include none.

Our treasurer reports $$771.03 in our account.

Committee Reports:

Community service: Katie called the Food Bank and there were no openings so we will do the Food Bank in August.

4-H Project reports or awards presented:

There were none.

Business:

Motion:  Avery made a motion to help at the memorial service at the Clearwater Cemetery and Joselyn seconded the motion.  The motion carried.

Motion:  We discussed a possible game booth at the Fall Fest Parade but there was not a motion.

The project of our meeting was cleaning up the Clearwater Sign and was presented by the club.  Lonnie took us to pizza hut for pizza and pop afterwards

Our next meeting will be held on 5/19/2019 at the Brunke's house.  We will have a project show and clean up road ditches

McKenna Bock. moved that the meeting be adjourned.  Avery Schill. seconded the motion.

We played  games called NO GAME! led by Teen Leaders.
