Country Kids 4H Club Secretary Notes

Date:  8/18/2019               Place:  Schill's

The meeting was called to order by Landon Schill

Our American and 4H Pledges were led by Lane Bennett

The thought for the day was what grade you are in announced by Landon Schill

We sang a song named we didn’t sing a song, led by Teen leaders

Roll call was read and we had 16 members present, 1 tag-alongs present, 7 parents present, and 0 visitors present.

Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved by Ashlynn Bock & seconded by Admiral Henning.  Corrections include none.

Our treasurer reports $$821.03 in our account.

Committee Reports:

Community service: there were none.

4-H Project reports or awards presented:

Fair premiums were given out.  Remember to get your State Fair stuff to the Extention Office by September 5^th.  The State Fair entry tags will be sent out this week.

Business:

We discussed signing up to help at the Fall Festival instead of doing a booth but there was no motion.  Officer elections are in October.  Sign up for snacks and meetings for this year.  The 4-H carnival will be on October 5^th.

Motion:  to join the Ninescah valley club in a parade float for Fall Fest, the motion carried.

The project of our meeting was record books and was presented by the club. 

Our next meeting will be held on in September  at the we don’t know house. 

Ashlynn Bock. moved that the meeting be adjourned.  McKenna Bock. seconded the motion.

We played  games called NO GAME! led by Teen Leaders.
