Country Kids 4H Club Secretary Notes

Date:  2/24/2019               Place:  Bock's

The meeting was called to order by Landon Schill

Our American and 4H Pledges were led by Lane Bennett

The thought for the day was your favorite thing about State Fair announced by Adam Bennett

We sang a song named Ring Around the Rosie, led by Teen leaders

Roll call was read and we had 16members present, 0 tag-alongs present, 8 parents present, and 0 visitors present.

Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved by Ashlynn Bock & seconded by Amelie Ferley.  Corrections include none.

Our treasurer reports $621.03 in our account.

Committee Reports:

Community service: Ashyn made a motion to clean up ditches and help at the KS food bank for spring projects, and McKenna seconded the motion.  The motion carried, and we will get back with dates and times.

4-H Project reports or awards presented:

We will get 4-H day ribbons next meeting.  Carlie talked about a food competition over spring break, and a presentation she was asked to do.  Adalie gave a presentation on her rabbits, and Ellie talked about her pictures for fair. 

Business:

Motion:  We made a motion to donate $80 to the 4-H advisory council.

Motion by Adalie Henning. Second by Ashlynn Bock. The motion carried!

The project of our meeting was shooting BB guns, and was presented by Aiden Ferley.

Our next meeting will be held on 3/24/2019 at the Schill's house.  It will be presented by the Ferleys.

Amelie Ferley. moved that the meeting be adjourned.  Joselyn. seconded the motion.

We played a game called No Game led by .
