Secretary Notes for Country Kids 4-H Club

The meeting was called to order by Carlie Schill.
Our American and 4-H pledges were led by Adam Bennett
The thought for the day is Favorite subject announced by Carlie Schill.
We sang a song named Baby Shark, led by Ellie Bock.
Roll call was read and we had 11 members present, 0 tag-alongs present, 5 parents were present, 0 visitors were present.
Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved by Avery Schill & seconded by Mckenna Bock . Corrections included NA.
Our Treasurer reports $668.43 in our account.

4-H project reports or awards presented
Money for Project exhibited at the Sedgewick County Fair
Business: Avery spoke about the new 4-H constitution. We will Vote next meeting if we have 2/3rds of our members. Note: 15 out of 22 members must be present.
1st Motion : Makeing Crafts Clearwater Fall Fest Made by:Landon Schill2nd by Ashlynn Bock Motion
2nd Motion: To have a float at the clearwater fall fest Made by: Mckenna Bock 2nd by Landon Schill Motion
3nd Motion: To have the same games as last year Made by: Katie Bennett 2nd by Ashlynn Bock Motion
4th Motion: Prizes for the carnival games to be pop, candy, and, donated toys from home with a maximum budget of $65 Made by: Avery Schill 2nd by Ashlynn Bock Motion
Disscussion about 48 hours of 4-H on Oct 13th and 14th . Tabled for next meeting.
The project of our meeting was Clearwater Fall Fest Crafts and was presented by Schill's.
Our next meeting will be held on September 23rd (date) at the Schill's(where).
Ashlynn Bock moved the meeting be adjourned. Mckenna Bock Seconded the motion.
