Country Kids 4H Club Secretary Notes

Date:  11/18/2018            Place:  Brunke's

The meeting was called to order by Landon Schill

Our American and 4H Pledges were led by Lane Bennett

The thought for the day was Fav                orite Thanksgiving food announced by Adam Bennett

We sang a song named Happy Birthday, led by Avery Schill

Roll call was read and we had 16 members present, 2 tag-alongs present, 7 parents present, and 0 visitors present.

Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved by McKenna Bock & seconded by Avery Schill.  Corrections include none.

Our treasurer reports $618.43 in our account.

Committee Reports:

Community service:  Katie made a motion to spend a maximum of $80 on three to four angel tree kids.  Gabe seconded the motion and the motion carried.  Madey will select the angel tree kids and a shopping date will be determined later.

4-H Project reports or awards presented:

Katie and Avery gave a project report on their weekend trip to KYLF.

Madey received her state fair ribbons.

There was also a reminder for the 4-H awards banquet on Tuesday, November 20^th

Business:

Motion:  Carlie made a motion to make Madey co-president with Landon

Motion made by Carlie Schill. Second by John Brunke.

The project of our meeting was woodburning and was presented by John Brunke.

Our next meeting will be held on 12/9/2018 at the Bennett's house.

McKenna Bock. moved that the meeting be adjourned.  Amelie Ferley. seconded the motion.

We played a game called Duck, duck, goose led by McKenna Bock.
