Meeting Minutes-Nov, 17, 2019


Country Kids 4H Club Secretary Notes

Date:  11/17/2019            Place:  Bennett's
The meeting was called to order by Landon Schill

Our American and 4H Pledges were led by Lane Bennett

The thought for the day was your favorite Thanksgiving food announced by McKenna Bock

We sang a song named Happy birthday, led by Teen leaders

Roll call was read and we had 12members present, 0 tag-alongs present, 6 parents present, and 0 visitors present.

Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved by McKenna Bock & seconded by Ashlynn Bock.  Corrections include none.

Our treasurer reports $811.03 in our account.

Committee Reports:
Community service: No

4-H Project reports or awards presented:
Some state fair awards were given out.  Some pins from the banquet were also given out.

Business: Enrollment is due by Dec 1st.

The project of our meeting was officer elections, and was presented by the club.

Our next meeting will be held on 12/8/2019 at the Schill's house.  It will be presented by the teen leaders.

Ashlynn Bock. moved that the meeting be adjourned.  McKenna Bock. seconded the motion.

We played name games led by teen leaders.

We elected new officers and the President is: Lane, Vice President: Landon, Secretary: Macy, Treasurer: Adam, Reporter: Colter, Representative at Large: Admiral, Junior Leaders: Avery, Katie, Carlie, Amelie, Aiden, Adalie.
Our members, Ellie, Macy, and the Hennings voted by phone because they were not able to be there.

The meeting was called to order by Landon Schill

Our American and 4H Pledges were led by Lane Bennett

The thought for the day was What you’re going to be for Halloween, announced   Landon Schill

We sang a song named no song, led by Teen leaders

Roll call was read and we had 17 members present, 1 tag-alongs present, 8 parents present, and 0 visitors present.

Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved by Jenna Fiscus & seconded by Natalie Fiscus.  Corrections include none.

Our treasurer reports $711.03 in our account.

Committee Reports:
Community service: The 4-H banquet is on November 9th.  Today is the 4-H carnival.

Clearwater Fall Fest Parade - Sept 21, 2019

Again this year, we teamed up with the Ninnescah Valley Club to do a float in the Fall Fest Parade.  Some of our members also volunteered at the booths.

Our treasurer reports $$821.03 in our account.

Committee Reports:
Community service: Carlie made a motion to spend 90 dollars on candy for the fall festival parade and McKenna seconded the motion.  The motion carried.  Carlie made a motion to add a paper airplane game to our games that we have now for the 4-H Carnival and McKenna seconded it, the motion carried.  McKenna made a motion to spend 20 dollars for carnival prizes and bring things from home. Carlie seconded the motion. The motion carried.

4-H Project reports or awards presented:
Avery did a demonstration on how to make salsa


Business:
The carnival is October 5th.  The 4-H banquet is November 9th.  Get tickets by Oct. 9th.  Kayle will be Chris Clover.
