October 9th 4-H Carnival -- Sedgwick Co 4-H & Extension building @ 21st & Ridge Road. Games & Family Fun with the county 4-Hers. Meet up with other clubs and play some games, all proceeds go to support local 4-H. We have decided that we will not be running a booth this year but we would to be there to support our other clubs and learn what the Carnival is about. We will have lots of great thoughts of how to get more involved next year!! NEXT MEETING: Sunday, October 9th @ 2pm @ Sedgwick County Park. The decision was made to move the meeting to this date so that we can go to the carnival together afterwards. We will be having pot-luck snacks/meal and a business meeting @ the park. Let me know if you have something specific you would like to bring! Kids paired off and made "hand" made ice cream & enjoyed the zucchini cupcakes as a treat. (The recipes we used are attached) A few rounds of Hide & Go Seek were played around the yard and everyone headed home.
