March Minutes

Secretary Notes For Country Kids 4-H Club


Date: Feb 22, 2014        Place : Bennett Home


The meeting was called to order by President Carlie.


Our American and 4-H pledges were led by Carlie.


We sang a song led by  Ella.


Roll call was read and we had 14 members present,
4 tag-alongs present.


Minutes of the last meeting were read by Avery and approved by the club.
Our Treasurer Katie reports $__________ in our account.  


Committee Reports:
Volunteer leaders brought up 3 options to volunteer in Clearwater:
1. Trash removal at park
2. Lions breakfast assistance
3. Sr Center visiting


The club discussed and voted to find out more information and to try to participate in all events.


4-H project reports or awards presented
Members who participated in 4-H days received their ribbons and score sheets.


Business:
4-H camp is coming up soon.


The project of our meeting was scrapbooking and was presented by Katie & Angie Bennett.


Our next meeting will be held on April 6 at  Whitfield Home.


Katie moved that the meeting be adjourned.


Aiden seconded the motion.


We played a game called Who’s Your Neighbor led by Aiden.

The meeting was called to order by Amelie.


Our American and 4-H pledges were led by Ellie and Amelie

Minutes of the last meeting were read by Katie. They were approved by Ellie & seconded by Katie.
Our Treasurer Katie reports $178.85  in our account.  Beginning balance of $63.27


The project of our meeting was  4-H Day and was presented by Sedgwick County members.



Our next meeting will be held on March 9 at  Whitfield Home.


Aaliyah moved that the meeting be adjourned.


Ellie seconded the motion.
